Our Restaurant opened its doors for the first time in Chaweng in late December 2011. After the pandemic that affected the lives of every world citizen we are happy to finally reopen in April 2023 in the exact same locations we were obliged to close down at the end of March 2020.

Our key feature is original Thai cuisine at its best only using fresh high quality ingredients without MSG and additives. When we started we were a rare thing in Chaweng where most restaurants targeting tourists were offering international fare more than Thai. Our lasting success has generated some offsprings… the dining landscape of Chaweng has changed a lot in the last years but we are proud to have been able to stay the same with consistent high quality Thai food for who wants to experience authentic recipes.

OUR MENU

There are a few important characteristics in our food that that we wish you to know

Everything we will bring to your table is cooked freshly for you: we do not pre-cook anything and we do not use any pre-cooked ingredients. The vegetables used to cook your dish are cut in pieces at the moment of going into the pan.

For this reason you might have to wait a few minutes longer than what you might have experienced in other restaurants. So if you are in a hurry we might not be the best place for you.

We source most vegetables and fruits from our own farm and we buy whatever can be bought daily and locally at the local fresh food market thus minimizing the use of frozen or processed food.

We don’t use MSG in our dishes

We can cook most of the dishes in the menu in a vegetarian bold; just let us know about your needs or allergies.

You can choose how spicy you want your food to be cooked, please let us know

To manage the dining room we have the same Team since 2013 that enjoys taking care of our customers in a cosy and relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant is running with the help of some more family members as well as a consolidated team that enjoys taking care of our customers in a cost and relaxed atmosphere.

Welcome to Khaw Glong Hills!

We recently started our own farming on a beautiful piece of land overviewing the coast of Samui. We grow fruits and vegetables that we use in our kitchen, we use absolutely no pesticides and chemical products so our products are absolutely BIO. We plan more than a farm at Khaw Glong Hills, so we hope in a day not too far to host our guests directly on Koh Samui beautiful hills to taste our food while watching at this extraordinary view you see on the left!
