We cook every dish fresh when you order it. We never pre-cook our food or use pre-prepared ingredients.

We cut our vegetables just before they go into the pan. This takes a little more time, but it helps us serve the freshest Thai food possible.

If you are in a hurry, we may not be the right restaurant for you. Good food takes time, and we believe it is worth the wait.

We grow many of our fruits, vegetables, and herbs at Khaw Glong Hills. We also buy fresh ingredients every day from local markets in Koh Samui. This helps us reduce the use of frozen and processed products.

We don’t use MSG in our dishes

We can prepare many of our dishes in a vegetarian version. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements, food allergies, or special requests.

You can also choose how spicy you want your food. From mild to authentic Thai spicy, we will cook your dish just the way you like it.

We abolished any single use plastic container

Plastic pollution is a major environmental problem in many parts of the world, including Thailand.

At Khaw Glong, we do our best to reduce our environmental impact. We use glass bottles and compostable straws and takeaway containers whenever possible.
