Khaw Glong has served authentic Thai food in Chaweng, Koh Samui, since December 2011. We welcome new and returning guests with the same warm family spirit that inspired us from the start.

We cook every dish to order, using fresh ingredients from Khaw Glong Hills and local markets. We never use MSG or artificial additives.

Many dishes can be prepared vegetarian, and we also cater for gluten-free guests. Please tell us about your dietary requirements when ordering. You can choose your preferred spice level.

Open every day: 13:00–22:00, including Wednesdays.

Reservations accepted before 6pm. From 6pm onwards, walk-ins only.

Thai food is about much more than heat: fragrant herbs, coconut milk, fresh ingredients and balanced flavours. Our menu includes plenty of mild dishes, alongside favourites for those who enjoy a little fire.

Tell us how spicy you like your food, and we’ll help you choose. Vegetarian options and dishes suitable for gluten-free guests are also available—please discuss your requirements with our team.

We also care about what we leave behind. We use glass bottles, compostable straws and compostable takeaway containers to reduce plastic waste.

The view from our farm

From Farm to Table

At Khaw Glong Hills, we grow fruit, vegetables and herbs for our restaurant. We use our own produce whenever possible, bringing fresh flavours from the hills to your table.

We started the farm in 2023, overlooking the coast of Koh Samui. We grow without chemical pesticides or synthetic products, caring for the land as well as the ingredients we serve.

In the future, we hope to welcome you to Khaw Glong Hills to enjoy authentic Thai cuisine with a view of the island.
